About the manufacturer:
Thomas & Markus Ehammer are the youngest of four siblings.
Always loving their homeland. It soon became obvious not to run the farm in the classic style of agriculture, but to build up an additional mainstay. This is how the idea of their own cheese dairy came about. Thinking of the future.
