The sirloin, cut from the back of the organic Angus beef, is excellent for roasting pink in one piece. Sliced thinly, you get the ultimate festive classic, roast beef. But even portioned into steaks and seared, you get buttery tender results.

Due to the special Haltungform and feeding of the Grünauer organic Angus beef, the meat is strong in taste and colour. In combination with the special breed of cattle, the Angus beef, the result is unique, biological quality beef. A product for true connoisseurs with a focus on sustainable meat enjoyment.

Haltung: Free range on the mountain pasture in summer, year-round access to pasture in winter

About the producer:

Our organic farm Bioangus Grünau is located in the heart of the green Styria in the immediate vicinity of Austria's most important pilgrimage site. We offer our animals ideal living conditions. On our certified organic farm, the cattle have year-round access to the outdoors. In summer, our own mountain pasture in the region at 1,500 meters above sea level offers very high feed quality and plenty of space for undisturbed movement. In winter, we feed them with silage or hay from our own cultivation.

The Biohof Grünau focuses on the highest quality and hygiene standards throughout the entire cycle: from the species-appropriate Haltung of the animals, through the slaughter on our own farm, to the storage and processing of the meat. It is the daily lived Anspruch to offer the cattle the best possible quality of life and the customers the best possible meat quality.
