ConFusion - Asian Cooking, Yellow Thai Curry Paste
With this yellow Thai curry paste you can cook creative and authentic Asian food according to our motto first learn the rules, then break the rules". Our yellow curry paste is free of additives and owes its colour to the yellow turmeric root. It is ideal as a base for curries or to refine Asian dishes. You can find recipe ideas at www.confusion-kochen.at.
Zutaten: Kurkuma, Zitronengras, Knoblauch, Galgant, Schalotten, Salz, Rote Chilis, Kaffir-Limettenschale, Pfeffer.
Die Currypaste für 1-2 Minuten in etwas Öl oder dem Fett der Kokosmilch anbraten, damit sich die Aromen entfalten können. Anschließend mit ein wenig Kokosmilch aufgießen und die Currypaste darin gut auflösen. Die restliche Kokosmilch hinzufügen und mit Fischsauce oder Salz würzen. 1 Packung Currypaste (70g) reicht für 800ml Kokosmilch und ergibt 4 bis 8 Portionen.
Nach dem Öffnen gekühlt lagern und innerhalb von 14 Tagen verbrauchen.
