IN THE MICROWAVE:
1. Open the bag with fresh pasta and place it in the dish.
2. Shake the sauce sachet before opening and spread the contents over the pasta so that the pasta is completely covered by the sauce.
3. Cover the dish with a suitable lid or kitchen paper and place it in the microwave for 5 min. at 700–800W or 4 ½ min. at 900–1000W. Use only the microwave function (no grill function).
4. Carefully remove the dish from the microwave, it will be very hot. Let it rest covered for 1 min., stir and refine with the topping as desired.
IN THE PAN:
1. Shake the sauce sachet before opening, pour into the pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Add fresh pasta, mix evenly with the sauce and bring to a boil again.
3. Cook for 4 min. with the lid closed over medium heat. When half of the cooking time is reached, stir again.
