Preparation Instructions:
1. Bring plenty of fresh water to a boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and carefully add the pasta. Sometimes fresh pasta can stick together a bit. If this happens, do not pull it apart – the pasta will separate by itself during cooking.
2. Cook for three minutes, then drain thoroughly.
3. Enjoy the wonderful flavours, just like in Italy: Toss in melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and serve with freshly grated cheese or your favourite sauce.
