Lasagne has a long history – experiments with layered dough and fillings were already conducted in ancient Rome. However, it was only in Bologna that the dish was perfected with a fine Ragù alla Bolognese and Béchamel. This version is a tribute to this tradition – with high-quality ingredients and a taste that immediately transports you to Italy.

How to Achieve Perfect Enjoyment:

In the Oven: Preheat oven to 200 °C (convection). Remove foil from the aluminum tray, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake for 25–30 minutes until a golden crust forms.
In the Microwave: Remove lasagna from the aluminum tray, place in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with cheese, and heat at 700 W for approx. 7–8 minutes.
