Juicy meat from chicken and turkey legs, subtly seasoned, evenly cooked, in typical meatball shape

Preparation:

Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C and then bake the product for about 15 minutes.

Pan: Heat some fat in the pan and fry the product over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown
