High-quality cooked ham, made from fresh pork legs of higher quality. It is without added polyphosphates and without milk proteins. It is also lactose-free, without added glutamate and contains no gluten sources. The meat content is 96%. Made in Italy.

The production process of Prosciutto cotto begins with a careful selection of the raw material. Then the meat is massaged slowly with spices and natural flavours for at least 18 hours and finished by slow steaming. Only through masterful production does its unique and unmistakable, balanced and fragrant taste arise.
