Description

This salmon comes from the ice-clear waters of the north and is cold-smoked freshly caught and mildly salted using an old - non-mechanised - process with selected beech wood.

Thus the delicate aroma, the fresh juicy flavour and the delicate natural salmon pink so appreciated by connoisseurs.

This pickled salmon is free from any preservatives and colourings.

Good smoked salmon made from freshly caught raw material doesn't need any taste-drowning ingredients.

Serve the thin slices of salmon therefore well chilled, garnished only with Schenkel's Nordic mustard sauce and with quail eggs.
