In the glass, a deep black colour. The roasted aromas on the nose are strongly reminiscent of Italian espresso and dark chocolate. On the tongue, you can detect the roasted malt flavours followed by a dry and bitter finish.
In 1996, an independent family business founded O'Hara's and the associated Carlow Brewing Company. Since then they have been pioneers of Irish craft brewing. Her brand with sword and shield is a symbol of the Celtic warrior and stands for endurance.
