About the producer:

Esterhazy has been organic for over 15 years.

Amidst one of Europe's most valuable natural areas, nestled in the region around Lake Neusiedl, lie Esterhazy's organically farmed lands. By utilising the regional site characteristics of the Pannonian basin, top organic qualities of wheat, spelt, barley, oats, and rye can be produced.

A variety of other field crops such as oil pumpkin, maize, soy, and sunflowers, as well as various legumes, millet types, and chickpeas, are also cultivated. In the in-house meat manufactory at Seehof in Donnerskirchen, wild game and organic Angus beef are processed and refined on approximately 500 m² of operational space.

Storage conditions:
