About the producer:
Esterhazy has been organic for over 15 years.
In the midst of one of the most valuable natural areas in Europe, embedded in the region around Lake Neusiedl, lie Esterhazy's organically farmed areas. By using regional site characteristics of the Pannonian region, the best organic qualities of wheat, spelt, barley, oats and rye can be produced.
But also a variety of other arable crops such as oil pumpkin, corn, soybeans and sunflowers and various legumes, millet species and chickpeas are grown. In the company's own meat factory at the Seehof in Donnerskirchen, game and organic Angus beef are processed and refined on an operating area of around 500 m².
