About the producer:

Esterhazy is organic, and has been for over 15 years.

Amidst one of Europe's most valuable natural areas, embedded in the region around Lake Neusiedl, lie the organically farmed areas of Esterhazy. By utilising regional site characteristics of the Pannonian region, the best organic qualities of wheat, spelt, barley, oats, and rye can be produced.

But also a variety of other crops such as oil pumpkin, corn, soy, and sunflowers, as well as various legumes, millet types, and chickpeas are cultivated. In the company's own meat manufactory at Seehof in Donnerskirchen, game and organic Angus beef are processed and refined on an area of approximately 500 m².

Storage conditions:

Store chilled at 0°C to +4°C, consume immediately after opening.
