About the supplier:
Family business with tradition & zeitgeist. Nußbach in Upper Austria has been the headquarters of the Staudinger family business for over 100 years. The story began with the founding of the company in the kitchen of the village inn in 1910 by Ignaz Staudinger. In 1948 Hermann Staudinger took over the management of the company and established himself as a well-known cattle dealer throughout Austria.
Today, the company is managed by the third generation by Hans Staudinger's wife, Mag. Doris Staudinger. In the mid-1980s, Hans Staudinger developed the unique wood-fired refining process that makes Staudinger's wood-fired specialties unmistakable.
