Organic salmon trout fillet (Oncorhynchus mykiss) has a pleasantly firm texture with a strong flavour.
Due to the organic farming and organic feeding, there may be deviations in the colour of the "meat".
Organic salmon trout also contains significantly more fat than a brown trout. The fish provides you with minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins. For people who want to eat a balanced and conscious diet, fish is ideal.

The cleaner the water and the lower the water temperature, the tastier the fish. In Decleva's ponds, the water from the springs flows directly from the Hochschwab massif and offers ideal living conditions for the fish. The fish grow slowly. They need 2.5 to 3 years to reach a size of 1 kg.
