Mariazeller Alpenfisch BIO Tartar of salmon trout

The organic tartare is lovingly handcrafted from a pickled organic salmon trout fillet (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and refined with selected spices and ingredients. The tartare is particularly tasty on toasted white bread. A delicate creation for any occasion: for a breakfast or a brunch at the weekend!

The cleaner the water and the lower the water temperature, the tastier the fish. In Decleva's ponds, the water from the springs flows directly from the Hochschwab massif and offers ideal living conditions for the fish. The fish grow slowly. They need 2.5 to 3 years to reach a size of 1 kg.

A lot of time, which our char and trout naturally get: 2.5 to 3 years they mature with certified organic feed and nutrients from natural stream water. Until they finally reach their catch size and are characterized by an incomparable, wholesome taste.

Store refrigerated at 0°C to +4°C, process immediately after opening.
