The cleaner the water and the lower the water temperature, the tastier the fish. In Deleva's ponds, the water flows from the springs directly from the Hochschwab massif and offers ideal living conditions for the fish. The fish grow slowly. They take 2.5 to 3 years to reach a size of 1 kg.
