These Blün Viennese mini cucumbers come from Austria's first aquaponics facility in Vienna, arriving fresh from the farm and just harvested. In this circular system, water from fish raised in Viennese spring water is repurposed as a nutrient source for the vegetable plants. Because cucumbers are sensitive to the cold, they should not be stored in the fridge.
