This freshly harvested, loose organic green zucchini comes directly from the Gschaiderhof farm in Lower Austria's Tullnerfeld region. It is wonderfully versatile in the kitchen, whether quickly pan-fried, tossed into pasta dishes, turned into zoodles, or baked into moist cakes. Best kept in your refrigerator's vegetable drawer, and consumed within five days once sliced.

Preparation
Larger courgettes are peeled and the seeds removed. For smaller fruits, wash the peel thoroughly and remove the stem base. Young courgettes can also be used raw for salad. Large fruits are particularly suitable for stuffing, e.g. with a meat farce, or as a delicious steamed vegetable.
