Black Tiger Prawns
The Alnatura Origin Black Tiger Prawns are naturally greyish in colour and come from traditional production in West Bengal, India. A maximum of ten shrimps per square metre live there - according to the guidelines for organic aquaculture - in near-natural pond systems. 15 cents per pack sold will be donated to the Alnatura Mangrove Initiative for the sustainable restoration of mangrove forests - the natural breeding ground and nursery of shrimps.

Zubereitungsempfehlung: Vorbereitung: Die tiefgefrorenen Garnelen in einem Sieb unter kaltem Wasser kurz abspülen, bei Zimmertemperatur 1-2 Stunden auftauen lassen. Anschließend die Garnelen trocken tupfen. Zubereitung in der Pfanne: Die Riesengarnelen von beiden Seiten ca. 3 Minuten anbraten. Zubereitung auf dem Grill: Die Riesengarnelen mit Zitronensaft, Salz, Knoblauch und Kräuter etwa eine Stunde zuvor marinieren. Anschließend ca. 5 Minuten grillen.
