8 pieces of scallop meat deep-frozen without beard and roe.Scallops are among the most sought-after shellfish. They consist of 3 parts a solid muscle, yellow or orange corail (roe) and dark parts with the beard (this is not eaten).

To defrost before further processing, the easiest way to prepare scallops is to poach them. You can of course also fry them briefly in a pan.
