Chickpea flour

A gluten-free, unroasted flour - made from carefully selected, shelled chickpeas. With its nutty-sweet taste, it gives falafels, pancakes and meatballs an oriental flavour, and is also suitable for thickening soups and sauces. Alnatura chickpea flour is a valuable source of fibre and protein, and the chickpeas come from organic farming. Note: Not suitable for raw consumption.
