Bolognese, Chili sin Carne and other favourite dishes completely without minced meat? It's easy with the vegan Alnatura Soya Chunks Fine: Either boil in vegetable stock, let it swell and fry like minced meat or add dry to sauces or stews, cook with it and add water if necessary. The soya beans for the chunks are grown in France according to organic guidelines.

Basic recipe (approx. 4 portions): Boil 100 g soya chunks in 300ml vegetable stock, let it swell for 10 minutes.
