Spicy and smoky - The Organic Smoked Tofu has an intense flavour and a firm consistency, as it is smoked with real beechwood. When fried until crispy, the flavour intensifies and it is often combined with vegan scrambled eggs as a "bacon alternative" or served cold as a snack. Smoked tofu also tastes excellent in salads.
