Sojarei BIO Tofu Chili

The spicy one among the tofus - Spicy hot, that's what distinguishes the organic Tofu Chili. It stands out visually due to its colour, but the taste surpasses this. The tofu becomes a hit due to the hot paprika and offers an intensive aroma in every spicy dish.

Preparation recommendation:

Cut organic tofu into 5mm slices, enjoy cold in a salad or fried in a little oil with side dishes of your choice. 

Recipe idea: 

Cut tofu into cubes and fry with olive oil. Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, honey, pressed garlic cloves and rice wine. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and stir into the tofu. Let the sauce become creamy and season. Finely chop the shallots, fry in sesame oil and spread over the tofu.
