Air-dried in the clear Tyrolean mountain air. The Tyrolean Almschinken air-dried combines the mildness of the south with the hearty nature of Tyrol. Particularly tender ham meat is traditionally rubbed by hand with sea salt, black and white pepper and rosemary. Without smoking, the Almschinken develops its mild aroma, reminiscent of the south, only through slow drying in the clear Tyrolean mountain air.
