The efko salad bar brings seasonal vegetables to the jar.

Wonderfully colorful salad mixes from our salad bar taste homemade and are a special side dish for a variety of dishes. The ideal splash of color for every colorful salad plate.

The gentle heat treatment enables a shelf life without preservatives and keeps the loss of nutrients low. Thus, a large part of the vitamins and nutrients is preserved.

About the producer:

Efko Frischfrucht und Delikatessen GmbH has been growing steadily since its foundation more than 80 years ago. The company has developed from a local processor of fruit and vegetables to the most important manufacturer of pickled vegetables (vegetables in jars) in Austria. Then as now, the focus of daily work is on the natural preservation of fresh crops.

Efko is a cooperation partner of the Upper Austrian Fruit and Vegetable Utilization Cooperative with around 125 farmers from the region who produce fruit and vegetables of the best quality according to strict criteria.
