The production of Dacello Jamón Serrano meets the strict requirements of the g.t.S. certification (guaranteed traditional speciality), which ensures that the product has been produced in a traditional way and according to criteria passed down through many generations. 

135 g of pork leg were used to produce 100 g of the product.
