The THUM Ham Manufactory brings the American classic to Vienna and produces it in the usual THUM manner with great care and sensitivity. 

The beef brisket from Austrian organic cattle is cured in brine and smoked with a hearty spice mixture. Sliced thinly, it is perfect as a topping for a hearty sandwich with roasted onions, sharp mustard, and gherkins.
