The bone-in ham from the THUM Ham Manufactory is produced in the Prague style as a whole piece and only gently cured with salt and a pinch of sugar. Hand-tied, gently cooked, mildly smoked over beech wood and thinly sliced, it creates a true Viennese delicacy.
Each ham has an incomparable mild and juicy characteristic flavour and is produced using traditional craftsmanship.
