Soak the mushrooms in water for approx. 60 minutes, drain and discard the soaking water. Wash and clean the mushrooms under fresh, running water. Avoid contact with other foods in their raw state (absolutely essential to avoid health risks). Boil in fresh water for at least 10 minutes. Drain the water, season to taste and, for example, fry in a wok with onions and soy sauce.
