Cook noodles for 15 minutes in boiling water on low heat. Then rinse briefly and drain. Afterwards, use the noodles as a side dish or for frying. Soak noodles for 50 minutes in hot, no longer boiling water, covered. Then rinse the noodles briefly and drain. Afterwards, use the noodles for frying.
