For soups: Place noodles in boiling water and cook for 4 - 6 minutes on low heat. Then drain the water and add to your desired soup. For frying: Place noodles in boiling water and cook for 4 minutes on low heat, or alternatively, soak them covered in hot water (70-80°C) for 15 minutes. Then rinse briefly with water and drain. Afterwards, use the noodles for frying.
