Vulcano bacon plums

This composition is simply unbelievably delicious: fruity-sweet, dried plums wrapped in Vulcano smoked bacon. The sweetness combined with the hearty, salty taste of the bacon complement each other wonderfully.

The bacon plums are wonderful as an aperitif or as a tapas accompaniment to a glass of wine. This product develops even more flavour if you fry it briefly in the pan and use it as a salad topping. At Christmas, they are also ideal for a raclette evening. Just sauté with a little olive oil and you're done. Of course, the plums are also incredibly tasty "raw".
