The Vulcano Smoked Chips are excellent as a garnish for a variety of dishes. Whether as a topping on a cream soup, a source of protein on a salad, or for refining desserts. Our meat chips are universally applicable. We also like to use the chips as a bacon substitute for breakfast eggs in the morning.
