The Vulcano Pepper Salami is a high-quality raw sausage produced with whole peppercorns. High-quality meat and selected spices characterise this sausage. We also dry the raw sausage for a long time and then smoke it briefly. It is through this process that it develops its special flavour. Of all the salamis, our Auersbacher Salami Pepper is the most popular variety.
The Vulcano pepper salami, for example, is particularly good for breakfast with a fried egg. The subtle flavour of the pepper also comes out very well on toast with cheese.
