The Vulcano Smoked Chips are an excellent garnish for a wide variety of dishes. Whether as a topping on a cream soup, a source of protein on a salad or to refine desserts. Our meat chips are universally applicable. We also like to use the crisps as a substitute for bacon in the morning with our breakfast egg.
