Description
Even a vegan goulash tastes best when reheated.
The spicy-savory aroma of the spices harmonizes wonderfully with the firm-cooked oyster mushrooms and the slowly roasted onions. Classically served with a fresh roll, dumplings or potatoes.
Hut & Stiel brings the mushrooms to the plate
The Viennese company Hut & Stiel has been growing organic oyster mushrooms for 10 years, on by-products of agriculture. With the expansion of the site in Klosterneuburg, organic noble mushrooms such as shiitake, king oyster mushrooms and hedgehog mushrooms are also cultivated.

Their mushrooms grow in a resource-saving way in a small space in the beautiful Vienna Lobau and in wine cellars in Klosterneuburg. They need only a little energy - and most of the energy they need can be produced with their own PV system.
Mushrooms that were not sold as fresh produce as quickly as possible are processed by Hut & Stiel into vegan organic products such as pesto, sugo, goulash, spread and sausages.
Their vision is to turn mushrooms from a side dish into a main course and to increase the popularity of mushrooms as a healthy and sustainable alternative to meat.
Immerse yourself in the exciting, healthy and sustainable world of mushrooms with Hut & Stiel !
