About Clearspring
When New Zealander Christopher Dawson traveled to Japan as a young law student and lived there, he was particularly interested in local agriculture. He later founded CLEARSPRING with a variety of organic Japanese delicatessen products.
The goal of Christopher Dawson and Clearspring is to improve the ecological footprint through sustainable manufacturing and production processes.
