Naturally brewed Tamari gluten-free soy sauce, without added wheat.

Tamari can be used in Chinese and Japanese cuisine, it can be used as an ingredient in Japanese rice and noodle dishes and for seasoning. Tamari can be cooked in, giving the dishes a slightly tangy, acidic note.

Finished dishes can be seasoned with tamari as desired, so tamari can be added over rice or noodle dishes to give them a more intense flavour. Tamari is suitable, for example, to round off typical Chinese meat or vegetable dishes, when cooking, but also when serving.
