Clearspring's Tamari Soya Sauce - Single Strength - is brewed in the southern part of the Japanese Alps according to an ancient tradition. Made from whole soybeans and fermented using traditional methods, it is then aged for 9 months. With its strong flavour, Tamari Soya Sauce is a versatile basic seasoning for soups, sauces or vegetable and rice dishes. Also ideal for refining marinades or for seasoning at the table.
About Clearspring
When New Zealander Christopher Dawson travelled to Japan as a young law student and lived there, he was particularly interested in local agriculture. He later founded CLEARSPRING with a variety of organic Japanese delicatessen products.
The aim of Christopher Dawson and Clearspring is to improve the ecological footprint through sustainable manufacturing and production processes.
