About Clearspring
When New Zealander Christopher Dawson travelled to Japan as a young law student and lived there, he was particularly interested in local agriculture. He later founded CLEARSPRING with a variety of Japanese organic delicatessen products.
The aim of Christopher Dawson and Clearspring is to improve the ecological footprint through sustainable manufacturing and production processes.
