The Weißwurst directly from Munich's Viktualienmarkt is now also available in mini format. 12 pieces of approx. 45g each. Perfectly suited for your morning pint in Oktoberfest style. The Weißwürste are heated in a water bath. Under no circumstances should the water boil, otherwise the sausages will burst. Sweet mustard and a cold wheat beer are the best accompaniments.
Enjoy your meal or "an guadn" as they say in Munich.
About the Producer:
The traditional family business was founded in 1929 in Lower Bavaria in a small village near Wurmannsquick, and is now in its fourth generation. Since 1972, the famous shop has been located at the world-renowned Viktualienmarkt and has always been one of Munich's top addresses for first-class meat and sausage products.
A large part of the recipes actually dates back to the founding years and has not been changed since. Tradition you can taste. In 1996, due to space constraints, the business moved from Lower Bavaria to the beautiful Weilheim, as the demand for Klobeck's specialties was too great. Adrian Klobeck now manages the butcher shop and has expanded it with a location in Emmering near Munich.
