Violife Pizza Mix Grated is ideal for homemade pizza and gratins. But it is also a real treat when melted in sauces and soups!

Ingredients for Pizza Hawaii (2 people)
180 g Violife Pizza Mix Grated ● 1 vegan pizza dough ● 1 jar tomato sauce ● 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces ● 1 red onion, cut into rings ● freshly ground pepper ● 1 tbsp dried oregano
PREPARATION
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Place the pizza dough on the baking paper, shape it as desired and leave space for the crust.
Spread the pizza base with tomato sauce using the back of a spoon. Top with Violife grated pizza mix, pineapple pieces, onion slices and season with some freshly ground pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
When the crust has turned golden brown, remove from the oven, sprinkle with dried oregano and serve. Enjoy while still warm!
