Size 30/40 - shrimp sizes are given in pieces per kg, in this case 30-40 pieces per kg.

Taste and Preparation:
The tender white meat of the prawns from the tail is sweet and mild in taste.
The prawns can be grilled or fried whole with the shell; the shell must be removed before consumption, revealing the fine white meat underneath. The prawns can also be fried peeled; a rich shellfish stock can be prepared from the heads and shells.

This product comes from a farm that has been independently certified to the Aquaculture Stewardship Council standard for responsibly farmed seafood.
