1 piece octopus/pulpo (OCTOPUS VULGARIS) tentacle, pre-cooked sous vide.
Since this specialty is gently pre-cooked in its own juice, it is perfect for quick further processing. Whether cold processed into a pulpo salad, or seared in a pan or on the grill, the octopus is always a highlight of Mediterranean cuisine.
Due to the cooking in airtight packaging (sous vide), the product has a long shelf life and the taste and ingredients remain in the product.
Octopus is rich in vitamins and minerals, it contains little fat - especially saturated fats. Contains vitamins B1 and B12, vitamin E, folic acid, trace elements: magnesium, phosphorus, iodine, cobalt, zinc.
Origin: Fishing area East-Central Atlantic, FAO 34.
