Mildly aromatic olives with firm flesh and an intense green colour: ideal on an antipasti platter, on pizza, in salads or with pasta. The pitted green olives from Alnatura Origin are hand-picked and come from northern Greece, where they are grown according to organic guidelines. After harvesting, they are placed in a brine and refined with a little white wine vinegar.
