Almonds are the fruits of a rose plant, characterised by a typical nutty-sweet, quite decently tart aroma. As whole, unpeeled seeds, they are delicious nibbled on their own, but they are also a valued ingredient in biscuits, cakes and the like. They can develop their noble character in desserts such as puddings and ice cream as well as in hearty dishes, for example as crunchy breading. Alnatura almonds come from organic farming.
