Coconut flour
A gluten-free flour - made from fresh coconut meat, which is crushed, de-oiled and ground. With its exotic flavour, coconut flour can refine soups, stews and curries and also goes well in shakes, smoothies and desserts. Alnatura coconut flour has a high protein content and is rich in fibre; in pastries and bread, 20 to 30 percent of the grain can be replaced by coconut flour. The coconuts come from organic farming.
