The classic. Tiroler Speck g.g.A. Schinkenspeck, a classic of Tyrolean culture, has been made by hand according to traditional recipes and methods for several centuries. Mildly smoked over beech wood and dried in our Tyrolean mountain air, it acquires its spicy flavour after a 6-month maturing period.
