The classic. Tiroler Speck g.g.A. Schinkenspeck, a classic of Tyrolean culture, has been made by hand according to traditional recipes and methods for several centuries. Mildly smoked over beech wood and dried in our Tyrolean mountain air, it acquires its spicy flavour after a 6-month maturing period.

HANDL TYROL is an Austrian family business based in Pians/Tyrol that has specialised in the production of original Tyrolean bacon, ham, raw sausage and roast specialities since 1902. As an ambassador of Tyrolean culinary culture, HANDL TYROL guarantees the traditional production of original Tyrolean specialities - today just as in the past - according to the recipes of our great-grandfather.
